MacBook Issues connecting via Access Policy

I Have a MAcBook pro which I am trying to connect via our access policy. The access policy is configured to check for AV and Firewall. If these recuirements are not met access is denied. The MAC book is running Malware bytes and has the firewall enabled.However the policy keeps denying access. The logs advise that it is failing on Antivirus logging. Can anyone advise how I can resolve this issue? Many Thanks
