Route outgoing traffic to specific URLs to an analysis engine, but allow other traffic to leave unimpeded

My team's need is the reverse of the typical LTM solution, I think. We want to route outgoing traffic to specific URLs to an analysis engine, but allow all other traffic to leave the firewall unimpeded. Anyone know of an existing irule for that? For example, a social media post from hootsuite intended for twitter.com and facebook.com would be intercepted and routed to our analysis engine.
