Difficulties concerning migration of iSeries

Hello,

I'm working on a migration to iSeries and I have some difficulties. I have read on documentation that the option "platform-migrate" must be used in order to install configuration from older LTM to iseries. I also see that requirements are: - To have the same Self-IP. - To have the same VLAN. - To have the same IP management - To have the same hostname.

After configuring this part I do the "platform-migrate" command and I had some errors:

May 5 11:58:32 BIGIP-TEST emerg load_config_files: "/usr/bin/tmsh -n -g load sys config partitions all platform-migrate" - failed. -- 01020036:3: The requested device group (/Common/device-group-failover-f324dbcfab86) was not found. Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed.

=> I create the device groupe device-group-failover-f324dbcfab86 and I include on it the local BIGIP.

The next error: May 5 12:05:29 BIGIP-TEST emerg load_config_files: "/usr/bin/tmsh -n -g load sys config partitions all platform-migrate" - failed. -- 0107142b:3: Cannot set device group (/Common/device-group-failover-f324dbcfab86) on folder (/): it does not contain the self device. Unexpected Error: Loading configuration process failed. => not yet resolved.

My question is the following: Before using the "platform-migrate" command, the following configuration are also requirement? - Validation of the clustering (Device group, Traffic group, config sync, failover)? Or only the network part must be configured exactly as the existent?

Thank you for you help. Best regards
