NimbostratusGTM query result if VIP in unknown status?
If a GTM query checks a vip with a status of unknown will it consider the vip up and respond to a client request the the IP address of that vip?

Hi,
The short answer is yes.
The Unknown state indicates that you can process traffic because there's no monitor assigned to a pool associated to that Virtual Server (Remember that you can't assign a monitor in the Virtual Server configuration) or there's no answer from the resource that you are trying to monitor yet.
