Traffic-Group HA Failover Order

I have a 3 node LTM cluster (V11.5.4). Using traffic-group-x as an example, here is the HA Failover Order (no Auto Failback):

Node 1 Node 2 Node 3

Traffic-group-x is running currently on Node 1. Assume that all 3 F5's are available, if I "Force-to-Standby" traffic-group-x it should now move to Node 2. Correct?

If traffic-group-x is now running on Node 2 (and assuming all F5's are still available), if I "Force-to-Standby" traffic-group-x, will it go to Node 1 or Node 3 ?

I am under the impression that when you use "HA Order" , the list is somewhat of a priority list. In other words, always try to fail over your traffic-group to the top of the list if that device is available.

Yes, you are right, the HA Order is like a priority list, it causes the traffic group to fail over to the first available device in the list. We always can check the Next Active Device in the traffic group properties or the traffic group list.
