Usually the UCS includes the EPSEC ISO (client posture check engine) which inflates the file size by almost 100Mb itself.
At the end of the day, I believe UCS is just a tarball, so you could extract and validate that is indeed the case by searching the contents for large files. If so, you should be able to delete via System->Software Management on the LTM (if my thinking is accurate).
You could likely follow the file-path on the F5 platform as well (which should match the tarball file-path), and remove from there... but that could get dangerous. Go that route on your own accord...
In any event, I probably gave you enough information to be dangerous! Hah...
