How to I use the rewrite profile?

I have created a virtual server which points to a pool with two nodes. DNS resolves to the VS.

 

I've seen the "siterequest.com/app1" example, but I'm trying to rewrite an entire URL, for example:

 

https://www.foo.com

 

Needs to be rewritten to:

 

https://www.bar.com/apps/myapp

 

I need URL in the visitors address bar to still show ";. I have imported the necessary SSL certificates and created a client profile.

 

I imagine the solution is to use a rewrite profile.

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
