Invalid XML Schema for Generic Scanner

Hi, I'm trying to import some vulnerability data to configure ASM. I downloaded the generic scanner schema so I could be sure I was generating valid XML, however the schema itself seems to be invalid. The following errors appear every time I try and validate it:

Validation  3, 74   s4s-att-not-allowed: Attribute 'maxOccurs' cannot appear in element 'element'   
Validation  3, 74   s4s-att-not-allowed: Attribute 'minOccurs' cannot appear in element 'element'.
Validation  67, 20  s4s-elt-invalid-content.1: The content of 'AnonType_scanner_vulnerabilities' is invalid. Element 'sequence' is invalid, misplaced, or occurs too often.

Is this a known issue? Is there another way to validate whether the XML data I generate is correct, short of trial and error?
