destination port redirect

We have a web application where the server team is using TOMCAT and have requested to create a VIP and ssl offload on the f5 so the servers don't need to handle this overhead. The URL will look something like this - https://abc.abc.com. The servers are listening on port 8080. Is an irule required to change the destination port from 443 to 8080 as the traffic leaves the f5 destined to the nodes? and if so, would you have an example of an irule that will accomplish this?
