Not able to access Virtual IP, but able to access Web server

Hi, I have been following some videos to setup F5 for training purpose. I have three interface 1.1 where my external is connected that is 192.168.1.x network, I have bridged this external network with my local network so that I can act as a client. Three webservers on internal network connected to 1.2 interface of F5 with IP 10.2.0.X and management network connected with IP 10.1.0.X.

I have created nodes, pool members and Virtual server and mapped with the my Pool members. I can browse the webservers and the page displays, but when I try to browse Virtual IP 192.168.1.177 it displays "Page is not reachable". From my F5 GUI and CLI am abler to ping to my SELF IP's external IP 192.168.1.145 and internal IP 10.2.0.145, but not able to ping to 192.168.1.1 my gateway. I have read other threads regarding this issue and enabled SNAT to Automap still the issue persists. Can some one help me with this issue. Since am new to this not sure what troubleshoot step I should start with to rectify the issue.

  • ASA Naufal,

Could you execute the following command from the CLI and share the output :

    tmsh list ltm virtual "your_vs_name"

    also this command

    tmsh show ltm pool "pool_name_assigned_to_the_VS"

    Thanks

  • Naufal could you add an HTTP profile to your VS and make a test again ?

I think that is what you missed
