https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HTTP_pipelining
"HTTP pipelining is a technique in which multiple HTTP requests are sent on a single TCP connection without waiting for the corresponding responses.[1]"
"the server must send its responses in the same order that the requests were received"

"An iRule event triggered when the system parses all of the response status and header lines from the server response."
So, every response from the server will trigger a HTTP_RESPONSE event.
