MVPno i don't believe so, the filtering is somewhat limited and negates are often not among what is possible. if you load everything into something like splunk you will probably have more chances.
Quick point of clarification...do you still want to block malicious content from your own country? But you just don't want to see any requests from your own country in the logs? Or, do you want to exclude your country from the ASM policy completely? Thanks!
