SSOv2 Error(12) Inflating SAML Authentication Request ???

Hi community,

When trying to setup a new SP in my existing IDP (BIG-IP 12.1.2 HF1) setup I will always get the following error message in /var/log/apm

err tmm[19951]: 014d0002:3: fe876642: SSOv2 Error(12) Inflating SAML Authentication Request
err tmm[19951]: 014d0002:3: fe876642: SSOv2 Abort reason: Error in decompression callback

What does this error mean? What could be the root cause? Tried to set IDP to debug logging but there is nothing more to see. Do you have any idea how to do further troubleshooting in such a situation?

Thanks a lot Cheers Thrillseeker

I have exactly the same behaviour on one of my IdP configurations. I have 23 different external SaaS SP that work just fine with this IdP, and there is one that gives me this particular error...

    I am currently running 12.1.4.

    Thanks, InnO

A case have been opened with F5 to try to fix that issue.
