New SSL Cert not working for some servers

Hello Folks,

I was working on renewing our certificates and successfully imported a new ssl certificate to F5 (.pfx / IIS format). I then created a client and server profile out of that newly imported certificate. I then tested it to one of our ssl profile with a single IIS web server on it and it works just fine. Last weekend I was doing maintenance to push that new cert to our vmware view ssl profile but it failed. After updating the client and server profile with the new cert, it won't let me connect and even access the vmware view page from the browser. Could this be because of the way I import the certifcate to F5?

I hope someone can shed some light and share their expertise on this.
