ASM issue with outlook app

Hi all ,

 

I install ASM templete on our OWA , the templete it was from here : https://devcentral.f5.com/articles/new-asm-outlook-web-access-owa-2016-template-for-bigip-v13-29413

 

But we facing issue with outlook program it's not working but through browser it's working fine , when i go to templete and put it Transparent mode , eveything working fine.

 

Kindly, your helpe.

 

My BIG-IP is 13.1.0.2

    Hi,

     

    In LTM policy enabling ASM Policy, add a rule above the default rule like this:

     

    • Conditions :
      • http-method is in { RPC_IN_DATA RPC_OUT_DATA }
      • http-uri path is in { /rpc/rpcproxy.dll }
    • actions :
      • disable asm
