Unable to open the application via storefront after successful integration with F5

We are using F5: 12.1.2 and IAPP : .

 

Trying to enable citrix through F5 with authentication at F5. After successful authentication i could view the applications however I could not launch the application. ICA file downloads but results in below error.

 

Can someone help?

    The information I was given is that the ICA client connects directly to the Citrix servers after authentication, no longer via F5. It could be wrong information, but it is something you can base your troubleshooting on.

    Strangely, we are having a similar issue here right now as well.

     

  • I'm having the same issue in launching applications through storefront from external network but not internal.

     

    I have modified http profile by removing "request header insert" to make it work internally.

     

    Yes, ICA client connects directly to the citrix servers after authentication but when launching application client will still communicate through F5 to get the ICA file. And Packet capture didn't help much as it is not denying anything on it.
