5600 to 5800 upgrade for vcmp

Hi &nbsp;
we bought 5600 with 5600 to 5800 upgrade for vcmp.On resource provisioning,it It is not showing vcmp licensed.&nbsp;
Do I need additional key  or do I need set up and first and then upgrade to 5800.&nbsp;
what does mean 5600 to 5800 upgrade license (Doe sit mean additional key)&nbsp;
