ASM displaying an error message:'Request details are not available'

ASM displaying an error message:'Request details are not available'

 

I selected request log entries within the Security > Event Logs > Application > Requests page of the Configuration utility, the system cannot display the selected entry and returns an error.

 

'Request details are not available'

 

Has anybody have any idea what would be the cause for it and how this can fix.

    I got one link regarding this: K76841626: Selecting log entries from within the request log entry page returns an error

     

    As per the doc: This issue occurs when the following condition is met: You have selected the request log entry for XML format violations.

     

    Can someone help me, how to check the request log entry for XML format violations

    the doc also mentions this is solved in 13.0.0 / 12.1.3, are you beyond those or not?

     

    as it is a bug i would assume you simply don't get it then.

     

    is this for all your requests or some?
