Not a clear answer on this as it depends on your setup a little.
F5 DNS its self does not support RFC2136 but F5 DNS does uses BIND as its default internal DNS server, if you are using this and you configure BIND to support Dynamic DNS then technically yes you could have RFC2136 enabled.
However, by default this is disabled as it is disabled in the default BIND configuration. If you want to know the BIND version see the following K65097545: BIG-IP third-party software matrix (12.x - 13.x)
The two solutions for you looks to be either, look up something from the version of BIND running on the F5 DNS devices or configure the F5 DNS to not use the internal BIND server as the fallback DNS and load balance to another DNS server/servers.
