  • Not familiar with "COM+" service but as its TCP port 135 guessing its using RPC?

You can look to setting up a RPC Monitor, which will just make an info RPC call to ensure the service is running on the server.

You will need to know the Program Number of the Microsoft COM+ service supports and if you don't define the Version Number within the Monitor the rpcinfo command needs to be supported on the Microsoft COM+ service.

Alternatively think you would need to look at an External Monitor and a script, not knowing the "COM+" service not able to point you in any direction on this sorry.
