RDP with native client

Hello,

 

my OS is 13.1.0 and i have configured a webtop with RDP capability for user define and configure it to use native client. every time i try to connect with RDP i have error message that says : to use this program, first log on (Virtual server IP)!!!!!

 

note that this error happened even if i changed RDP from user define to specific ip.. any idea what this error could be

    What rdp client do you use? Which OS?

     

    The default windows 7 Msrdp client is not supported.

    sorry its my mistake its supported with version 8.1 but now i have error message :-

     

    your user account is not listed in the RD Gateway's permission list
