Time Base Access to Application on APM

I am saddled with a task of creating a functional VPE where local/domain users will have access to an Application within a certain time of the day.eg user access a VS from 8:00am through 11:59pm and upon 12:00am through 07:59 access is denied to the particular user. Even though the user's session is active , during the denied period, user should be automatically signed off the VS
