VIP landing page?

Hello All,&nbsp;
I am curious is there a way when a user hit a VIP that they must accept the terms and conditions before proceeding to the VIP? &nbsp;

You can add irule to popup flash message but not sure about accept condition but in APM module has options to add landing page based on requirements..
