IP Geolocation database update

Hello,

We have 2 BIG-IPs version 12.1.3 with LTM and ASM in a test environment. I updated the geolocation database following this advice https://support.f5.com/csp/article/K11176 The files is updated as of date 12/10/2018

Now how can I make sure and be 100 % certain that the database is up to date on the test environment before I apply the geolocation database update to the production environment ??

Also on the BIG-IP under the System menu > Configuration > Device > General: What does the Reload button do ?? Geolocation > Operation: Reload
