Just pick one of your internal VLANs. "External" is where VIPs would go in a typical deployment with pool members on the Internal VLAN. You can still create VIPs and assign them to any VLAN you want and put pool members wherever you want since it's all internal.

what if i want a separate floating IP for every VLAN?

The wizard is only to create initial configuration...
You can next edit all the network configuration in Network section.
The wizard has some limitations for an advanced configuration. If your configuration is not possible with wizard, do it after wizard!
To be honest, I never use network wizard because it force vlan name, which can’t be change after!
