Force change Password in CSV for Local DB users

Hi everyone!

we want to import users to the local DB of F5 using the CSV. from the excel file, we will use default as their password.

is there a way to force the user to change their password in the first log in?

we tried changing the change_passwd column to 1, but as we tested, there is still no prompt for change password.
