Automatic logon with current username and password

We have an application which doing SSO based on NTLM as you logged in to the computer

 

If I logged in as domain\user1 the app will automatically identify me as user1

 

This is correct as long as I use which is identified as local intranet in IE.

 

But when using FQDN like http://app1.com I am prompt for credentials since it is not identified as local Intranet

 

How can I use BIGIP to do automatic login for me when using http://app1.com without changing IE settings?
