VPN application on demand

I unable to activate the VPN application on demand in my phone my APM version I is 12.1 and customer edge ios 2.0.9 and ios phone 9.2.1

    are you an user which has an issue with their config, then i would contact your IT department first, they will be able to help out better.

     

    if you are a f5 admin trying to set this up please provide some more info where it fails, did you follow this article?
