Short answer yes as long as you have AOM IP address configured and you are SSH'ed directly to the AOM.
I have not done this on an i5600, I think some devices (likely much old devices) kicked you out of AOM on reboot but a quick reconnect over SSH was all you needed, but I have recovered devices before and gone into single user mode all remotely via AOM.
Here's how I do it often,
- ssh to AOM address
- hostconsh ~or~ exec /bin/aomconsh -u -b 19200
- Esc (
- 2 - Reboot Host subsystem
- Select your options from the boot menu
