Using f5.microsoft_exchange_2016.v1.0.2 iApp. The iApp is running and we are not having any issue. This is more of a configuration question.

In the https pool monitor, I believe the host filed in the GET is taken from "What is the FQDN for your HTTP-based client access services?" Currently, I have 1 of the node's FQDN in that field. If I understand this correctly, if that node fails, then the entire pool would be marked as down. Is that correct? Since the different pools in the iApp uses the same http health monitor, then it would also mark the other pools down as well. This would basically bring down my entire Exchange environment.

So what should I use for the "What is the FQDN for your HTTP-based client access services?" field, the FQDN for the vip? I don't want 1 down server to bring down the entire environment.

The guide wasn't clear on "What is the FQDN for your HTTP-based client access services?" should be. I believe whatever is entered in that field is also used in the pool monitor. The FQDN points to the VS on the F5. It also doesn't explain how the pool monitor checks http health.
