13.1 Native RDP

I'm trying to test out the new RDP client in 13.1 but my RDP client stays at "initiating connection".

Is there something different required, in APM, for a Native RDP resource?

In my test, I have an existing APM Policy created in 12.1.1 before the migration. The policy is good, the ActiveX RDP works fine, Java works fine. If I change this to Native or create a new one with Native, it fails.

What is required for Native RDP? How is it different from ActiveX?

  • Revisited the communication, the native RDP use the self IP´server VIP. The activex use the self IP server physical. Regards

  • Native RDP requires a RDG-RAP access policy assigned to the current access policy.

This access policy is used to decode native https clientside connection to rdp serverside connection and define which target are allowed.
