Browser Cache and Session Control

We an access policy with Browser Cache and Session Control in which we have set Clean temporary internet files and cookies to All and we have set Clean forms and passwords autocomplete data to Enabled

 

Does this delete all temporary internet files and cookies and clear all forms and passwords autocomplete data from the user's browser or just files, cookies and passwords related to the session?

    I'm not exactly sure about the forms data but the following is listed in the Online Help for the VPE Action.

    Deletes files from the temporary folder that were created or modified during the session. 
Uses the session creation (cache cleaner start) timestamp to determine the files to delete.

    I would expect for the Temporary Internet Files, cookies and Temp files would be removed based on this timestamp.
