SSO is not working in one of our applications

Hi DC Experts,

    What type of SSO is configured ?

     

    Have you tried to increase the log level to "debug" just for troubleshooting and seeing logs from /var/log/apm ?

    Hi nathaneil,

     

    When trying to access link, the web page is a netscaler with an authentication form.

     

    The sso mode must be form or form client initiated, but not basic.
