CirrusHi All I created 2 nodes on my BIG-IP to be load balanced and these nodes are member of a pool and the health monitor https_443 shows me they are up and all good and the pool and the virtual server is also up showing green status however i cant access the nodes by using the virtual server address what will be the problem and what shall i do ?
You could run a packet capture by using tcpdump and check the clientside and serverside connection. Here you can find useful information:

About your issue, you might want to check that automap is enabled on the virtual server. Also make sure that Address Translation and Port Translation are enabled on the virtual server.

if it is the HTTP profile that poses a problem there is a good chance that you are not set up interception.
HTTPS communication is inside SSL encrypted tunnel. If you don't intercept/ decrypt traffic (usinc ssl client and ssl server) you won’t be able to read or write/manage HTTP content.
When you set your HTTP profil, you specify that the protocol is HTTP. But in your case you don't enable decryption so F5 (HTTP profil) can't detect the protocol because of encryption (TLS).
So in this case F5 reject connection.
So Enable decryption by setting Clientssl and serverssl.
