Can you tell what are the violations that cause the blocking ?
NimbostratusIf I recall CSRF and DataGuard are the 2 features which are enforced regardless of policy enforcement mode.
Nimbostratusit was due to the policy was configured in automatic comprehensive mode and lots of pages blocking without triggering any alarm. i deleted automatic policy and created asm policy in manual mode and then no blocking reported.

I already get this kind of issue when CSRF was enabled but not configured. I disabled it and it worked.
