Citrix smart access

Question

I'm trying to get smart access working through APM using Storefront. F5 version 11.6 HF5. I have followed the guide (https://www.f5.com/pdf/deployment-guides/citrix-vdi-iapp-dg.pdf) but the app still displays. My goal is to hide the app based on the client IP.&nbsp;
My understanding is once the pieces are in place, if I don't configure the smart filter the app should not display. Is that correct? &nbsp;
I have defined the STA URL's within VPE and configured Citrix according to the above documentation. Any advice on how to further pinpoint the issue? &nbsp;

These items do not answer the question. &nbsp;Is an iRule needed ?What are the actual string values needed ? is it the iRule name ?
