LTM pool members with diffrent subnet

yes there is no problem with this as long as traffic can be routed there and back. i.e. put routes in the F5 for both pool member networks and add a route for the F5 egress floating Self-ip if needed in your routers. The last step may not needed if your servers have a default g/w and that g/w router is directly attached to the F5
