LTM/GTM same box (VE) - GTM Virtual servers are RED

Hi,

I have setup a configuration with both LTM and GTM on the same box (VE edition in fact).

LTM Configuration

add a partition with route domain 10 (Partition name = LAB-E) vlan extern = facing clients, that target the VS Extern Self = 10.105.1.5/29 VS SUBNET = 10.105.10.0/24

vlan intern = facing pool members Extern Self = 10.105.1.13/29 SNAT SUBNET = 10.105.11.0/24

Everything is working properly, as exepected.

2 VS so far: 10.105.10.1 = http 10.105.10.2 = ssh

They are working and are green state

GTM Configuration

On the common partition I setup a Self IP that will be my listener. Self IP (Common partition) = 10.101.0.73 I setup the server: Name = lab1.LAB-E IP = 10.105.1.5

the iquery seems OK: [root@f5-lab1:Active:Standalone] netstat -na |grep 4353 tcp 0 0 :::4353 :::* LISTEN

tcp 0 0 ::ffff:10.105.1.5:4353 ::ffff:10.101.0.73:42263 ESTABLISHED

If I check the iqdump everything seems to be got: [root@f5-lab1:Active:Standalone] ssl.crt iqdump 10.105.1.5

I can see both my LTM virtual server.

I do not use Virtual server discovery (and if i do it does not work either) I set up my two Virtual server, on the server I created, and they are systematically red.

I don't know what to check now. Routing seems ok

  • When i set up my server on the gtm (without virtual server configured in it (no Virtual Server Discovery enabled)) ==> It is green.

    As soon as I configure a Virtual server on it (exemple 10.105.10.1 which is perfectly working on the LTM) the virtual server + the server are now red
