APM Edge Client trying to access resources in same VLAN as VPN vs

Hi, I have a VPN set up that is working great, the only issue that I'm having is that when clients try to access resources in the same external DMZ they can't connect to our portal @192.168.10.197 on the F5, the VPN vs is 192.168.10.203. My clients are getting assigned from the address pool 10.240.0.0/21. we had to disable auto SNAT as our softphone application wont work through the VPN with it enabled. My options at the moment are to redesign and move all other resources into a different VLAN, or figure out some way to have the route the traffic differently. I'm hoping that there is a method, so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
