How to persist client connections when browser is changed.

Hi All,

We have a business requirement, that client requests have to be persisted to the web server even if the client is accessing from different browser. We normally do the persistence based on cookie. But if the browser is changed persistence is lost. We can achieve this with basic source IP based. But business is not happy since user might be switching from one network to other in the office. So is there any way we can perform this persistence..?
