It might be best to open up a support case with F5.
In the past, I have tried searching for this log in F5's published list of logging messages here, but it wasn't listed there.
Alternatively, it could be one of the random error messages that APM can give you on any one of these versions that is an unintended bug. According to the page, the log message shouldn't cause any actual problems by themselves. It doesn't look like F5 is implementing a solution at this time.
