BIG-IP : account to use with iControl API

Question

BIG-IP 11.4.1 Build 608.0 Final VE&nbsp;
I need an account that is used only for calls to iControl API to update Data Group Files.&nbsp;
I'd like this account to have the minimum set of permissions possible.&nbsp;
What type of account should I create ? &nbsp;

The iRule manager role looks like it might be a good fit.&nbsp;

Thanks DMC. It's not clear from the docs which accounts have ability to update Data Group Files. Candidates are : Resource Administrator , Manager , iRule Manager.  Any idea ?
