I'm receiving the same issue actually, and here is a sample of the log output from /var/log/httpd/httpd_errors:

The page shows "Configuration utility is restarting".
I've tried to restart both tomcat and httpd, it seems that it works for a while and then it becomes buggy.
This error occurs only on the active F5. (I've increased the number of allowed simultaneous connections, but nothing :( ).
Any ideas, please?
