SSLVPN auto-posting user creditials/password missing adding additional auth prompt

When adding a additional password prompt (radius) for numeric pin within the logon page, the user's username and password are not automatically posted added to the logon page screen when the new input field is added.

Using - Version 14 BigIP Edge Client Windows 10

Do I need to add a "Variable Assign" or something else? Help is appreciated.
