SuperHTTP monitor problem

Hello,   We have three SuperHTTP monitors configured on a pool. Two of them work but one never works. Any new SuperHTTP monitors added also never work.     We use them to monitor three site...

is URI_PATH value correct?

 

should it be included protocol i.e. http:// and FQDN?

 

 

for troubleshooting, have u checked debug log in /var/run?

 

 

tcpdump may also be helpful.
