vm license reset
I have a BIG-IP VM, which I moved the vm to a new system. I know the license can be reset, but I do not have a support contract. Is it still possible to have it reset?

Depending on how you made the moves, you will need or not to re-license.

If you purchased your BIG IP from a partner, ask them to re-license the system on your behalf.
