What happens if you reach 100%CPU on LTM? Packet drops, node restart?

In some testing, you'd be surprised how well the device deals with high CPU - it will start by descheduling low-priority processes so that it can keep deling with traffic. At some point, it will probably miss some tmm heartbeats and this will cause a failover to the peer device.
